Since joining the firm more than a decade ago, Joanne has led our client service team and been instrumental in taking exceptional care of clients and their families; that means returning your phone calls promptly, responding to any account inquiries you may have and gladly assisting with all types of day-to-day needs. 

Joanne resides in Mohegan Lake with her husband, Mark, and sons, Jason and Brandon. When she is not spending time with her family, she is busy reading books on her Kindle.
